tabindex=\"0\">Step 1 - First contact with UO<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2052\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"2\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2052\"><p>After your nomination, a UO staff member will contact you via email.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carefully read the registration instructions in the IRK system.<\/li>\n<li>If you have a language certificate, send it to the UO staff member (or take part in a short interview during which the committee will assess your language proficiency).<\/li>\n<li>Ask about any details that concern you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div system<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2053\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"3\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2053\"><p>According to the instructions sent by UO, register in the online candidate registration system (IRK).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make sure you have selected the correct UO unit<\/li>\n<li>Double-check all information you put into the IRK system<\/li>\n<li>Upload a photo that meets the listed criteria into the system<\/li>\n<li>In the system ects.uni.opole.pl, select the courses approved by your home university and UO for the LA document.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, use the IRK system to apply for a room in one of <a href=\"http:\/\/ds.uni.opole.pl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">UO&#8217;s Students&#8217; Dorms<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Confirm your application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2054\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2054\" studies<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2054\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"4\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2054\"><p>Your application will be verified by UO. Please follow all instructions and make corrections when needed! <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Once your application&#8217;s status changes to &#8220;qualified&#8221; print your LA document and have it signed at your home university.<\/li>\n<li>Upload the signed LA document into the IRK system.<\/li>\n<li>The change of your application status to &#8220;accepted&#8221; means that you have successfully completed the procedure and have been admitted to short-term studies at one of the UO Units.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2055\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2055\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Step 4 \u2013 Invitation letter and visa procedure<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2055\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"5\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2055\"><p>After you are accepted, the signed LA document (by both parties) and the invitation letter will be uploaded to the IRK system.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Download the LA document and the invitation letter for mobility from the IRK system.<\/li>\n<li>Submit the LA document to your Erasmus+ Office.<\/li>\n<li>If you need a visa allowing you to stay in Poland for more than 90 days, the invitation letter downloaded from the IRK system will enable you to complete this procedure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-accordion-item\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-title-2056\" class=\"elementor-tab-title\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"button\" aria-controls=\"elementor-tab-content-2056\" aria-expanded=\"false\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon elementor-accordion-icon-left\" aria-hidden=\"true\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-closed\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-down\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<span class=\"elementor-accordion-icon-opened\"><i class=\"fas fa-caret-up\"><\/i><\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<a class=\"elementor-accordion-title\" tabindex=\"0\">Step 5 \u2013 Just before the start of your mobility at UO<\/a>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<div id=\"elementor-tab-content-2056\" class=\"elementor-tab-content elementor-clearfix\" data-tab=\"6\" role=\"region\" aria-labelledby=\"elementor-tab-title-2056\"><div class=\"learn-more-content\">\n<p>Before your arrival in Opole, a student mentor assigned to you from the Buddy Mentors Program at UO will contact you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After being accepted to UO, you will receive a link to register in USOSweb at the email address you provided in your IRK application. It will be sent to your email <strong>idstudent@student.uni.opole.pl<\/strong>. Add your private email address to it so you can later check if everything went through.   <\/p><ul><li>To be able to settle with the University of Opole and obtain documents concluding your mobility, you must:<\/li><li>Return all books to the UO library\/libraries. Also, make sure you have no outstanding fees. <\/li><li>Prepare your room for checkout. Make sure you have completed all payments.  <a href=\"https:\/\/drogowskaz.uni.opole.pl\/en\/domy-studenta-uo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Check-out<\/a><\/li><li>If you settle with the above units, your sign-off sheet will be approved.<br><br><\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Settlement of studies at UO<\/strong><\/p><p>The end of the semester is the time to complete it, or transfer it to the next semester in the case of year-long mobility. <\/p><ul><li>After completing all planned courses, report to the International Mobility Team of BNiOP, <\/li><li>A few days later, you can collect your transcript of records in English.<\/li><li>Just before leaving Opole, visit the International Mobility Team of BNiOP and confirm your departure date.
