Make sure to complete it. <\/li><li>Enter your private email address in the designated field on the form.<\/li><li>The defense schedule is set individually by each faculty.<\/li><li>Before a defense date is set, your thesis must be checked in the anti-plagiarism system, then approved by your supervisor and uploaded to the USOS APD system.<\/li><li>The date of the diploma exam is set by the program coordinator, in agreement with the student and the thesis supervisor \u2013 no later than seven [7] days before the planned defense date \u2013 and is approved by the dean.<\/li><li>After the defense, your diploma will be waiting for you at the dean\u2019s office.
