Medical assistance – phone consultation

From Monday to Friday between 6:00 PM and 8:00 AM, on weekends (Saturday and Sunday), and on public holidays (statutory days off), you can also use the First Contact Teleplatform (TPK) by calling 800 137 200. This way you can get:

consultation (by phone) with a doctor, nurse, or midwife
e-prescription – an electronic document in the form of a 4-digit code that allows you to purchase doctor-prescribed medication at the pharmacy
A medical certificate excusing you from classes during illness, which will serve as a basis to justify your absence from classes
e-referral, an electronic document in the form of a 4-digit code that allows you to register with a specialist doctor (e.g., ophthalmologist, allergist, etc.).

The helpline is available in Polish, Ukrainian, and English.
