If you find yourself in a difficult life situation, such as becoming a parent, the death of a close family member, or a serious illness, you can apply for one-time financial support from the University of Opole: EMERGENCY AID. How to apply for it?
Submit your application on the website www.usosweb.uni.opole.pl. Provide a justification and attach supporting documents related to the situation (e.g. birth certificate, death certificate, medication invoices, hospital certificate).
Remember: the documents must be translated into Polish by a certified Polish translator. Don’t forget to provide your bank account number in a Polish bank.
The decision to grant emergency aid is made by the University Scholarship Committee. You will receive the decision at https://usosweb.uni.opole.pl/. The aid will be paid out after you acknowledge the decision in the system.
All benefits are paid on the 28th day of the month from November to June.
