Step by step – registration for candidates who are not required to pay tuition fees

Make sure the information entered into the system is correct.
Choose a photo that meets the system requirements. Attach all the required documents.

Pay the application fee.

After the application fee is credited to the candidate’s individual account and you are accepted for studies, the following message will appear in the IRK system:
Qualified.
This information will also be sent to you via e-mail.
After the application fee is credited and the required documents are accepted, submit the originals to the Office for Foreign Admissions . After submitting the documents, the committee issues the Decision on admission to studies.
After receiving the documents from the Committee, submit an application for a visa.
Submit the original documents for admission to studies to the Office for Foreign Admissions
Follow the recruitment schedule for studies in the given academic year.
If you have received information about being allocated a place in a dormitory, review the accommodation schedule (details at https://ds.uni.opole.pl/) and report on the designated day to move in (details Student Dormitories).

The committee verifies the documents. If they are complete and do not require explanations or additions, you will receive an admission offer.
Within 14 days of receiving the admission offer, the candidate must pay the tuition fee.
After paying the tuition fee, the Committee issues a Conditional Admission Decision. The decision, along with the other documents, will be sent to the email address you provided in the IRK system.
After receiving the documents from the Committee, submit an application for a visa.
